How do I save the Tenure OneNote packet and use it to create faculty NoteBooks?

This guide is going to show you how to get the Tenure template packet, save it to your directory files and then use it to create a Onenote Notebook for each of your tenure faculty.

You will be email a template to use for each of the notebooks you need to create.

Saving

Have your File Folders open and your email with the package side by side as you see here.

1)  Left click and hold the Tenure Template Package in the email

2)  Drag it over to OneDrive for Business and drop it in the folder

The Package is now in the OneDrive for Business and can be used over and over to create faculty NoteBooks.

Through your Campus Email link in the Portal, you can click on OneDrive and see your OneDrive files and folders.

Double click on the file and it will open a copy

1)  Name the new Notebook with the following formula:  Last name, First name (Disaplin, Hired date)

2)  Pick a color for the notebook

3)  Click Browse

1)  Click on OneDrive for Business

2)  Click on Shared with Everyone

3)  Click on Select

You now have a NoteBook for the tenure faculty and can create more from the package
