How to transfer closed eLearning tickets from our clipboard into Team Dynamix
This guide will show you the proper steps to move customer ticket requests from our clipboards at the front desk into Team Dynamix.
Click on +Incident Form
1) Fill out information:
A. Service: Start typing what best resembles the issue. For example, if it was Canvas related, start typing the word Canvas. **Note that once you fill the "Service" column out, the section titled "Type" gets filled out automatically.
B. Title: Give a summary of the issue.
C. Requestor: Name of the person who needed the help.
D. Department: Type "eLearning"
2) Make sure both "Notify Requestor" and "Notify Responsible" are NOT checked.
3) Put YOUR name.
Don't forget to select "Save"
Select the ticket you just created.
1) Select "Add to My Work"
2) Select "Update"
1) Select "Closed"
2) Explain what you did to resolve the issue
3) Leave "Notify" blank. Do NOT add anything here.
4) Click "Save"
