How do I find my support tickets and reopen it?
This will walk you through finding the tickets you have submitted and adding a comment to one to alert the help desk staff that you still have an issue related to the ticket.
1) Click on the group of squares in the upper right hand corner
2) Click on TCC Support
1) Click on Services
2) Click on Ticket Requests
1) Click on the drop down for the Status Class
2) Check the box for the status of the tickets you want to find
3) Click on Search
Click on the ticket you want to view
At the bottom of the ticket, click on Comment
Fill in the blank
Type in a comment or an update to the issue on the ticket
Pick who to notify
1) Click on the name of the (Responsible), this will be the help desk staff that worked/closed the ticket
2) Click on Save
An email message with your comment will be sent tot he help desk staff that was the last one to work on your ticket. This will alert them to the fact that you still have an issue or a related issue and they will reopen your ticket and contact you.
