Using Quantum Nuance Clintegrity 360 Encoder in Internet Explorer

Mozilla Firefox DOES NOT WORK!  

You need to use INTERNET EXPLORER version 8.0 or newer for the encoder software to work smoothly for everyone.  Check this link to see which version is currently supported:  http://www.ahima.org/schools/vlab/tech.aspx.  

Try this before you download a different version of IE:  look for either a torn piece of paper or the settings gear icon on your Internet Explorer bar:

Your browser screen should now look like this in Compatibility View Settings and you are ready to login following your teacher’s instructions:

MAC Users

If you are a MAC user, then you may have problems with this software, but you can try the CoralIE tab and you should be able to navigate the Nuance encoder just as if you were using IE.

    Firefox 3.6   http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/.

If the above solution fails, then you may have to have some software called Parallels Desktop on Mac for Windows7 installed.  Here are some websites to assist in this installation:
