How do I run a report for Overdue and Lost equipment?

This guide is going to walk you through the process of running a report in the WorkFlows system for the Overdue and Lost equipment list from the day before.  The system is set up to email students at 12 AM if they have not returned equipment during the day by the due the day before.  

Reports

Click on the tab Reports

Run Report

Click on Finished Reports

Finished Report

Once the report is run click OK

Select Report

1)  Click on the report you want emailed to you

2)  Click Email (b)

Email

1)  Type in your email address

2)  Click OK

Confirm

Click OK  **Note** Check your email that you got the report before you remove them from the listing

Remove

Click Remove

Select

1)  Select the single report or click Select All if there is more than one

2) Click Remove

Confirm

Click OK

Back to Checkout

Click the tab Circulation Lite
