How do I share my documents in Google Drive with my group?
This guide is going to walk you through sharing your documents with your group or class and the different levels of permission.
On the Google home page ( https://www.google.com )
1) Click on the group of squares in the upper right hand corner
2) Click on Drive
1) Type in the Email or the Google name of the person you want to share the document with
2) Click on the drop down arrow by Can Edit to change permissions
3) Chose the level of permissions you want to give the person
Can edit = The person can read and edit the document
Can Comment = They can read and Not edit, but they can leave a comment to the side
Can View = The person can only view the document, no editing, no comments
4) Click Done
