How do I Approve Absences that were submitted prior to the GoLive on Oct. 14th 2019?
This guide will walk you through going into ctclink to approve your pending absence requests that were submitted and are dated from the Oct. 14th and the past. From this date forward (Oct. 15th 2019) the approvals will be under the Approvals tile as was shown in the online training training.
Log into ctclink. Do not use the link in your email
HCM Self Service
Click on HCM Self-Service
Employee Self Service
1) Click on Employee Self Service at the top
2) Click on Manager Self Service
Click on CTC Team Time
1) Click on Absence Requests
2) If you have any waiting for approval, you will see the list here. Just click on their name and that will bring up a link for you to click to approve.
