How do I set up the SACR in CS?

This guide will walk you through setting up the SACR in the CS Pillar when there are new Employees.

CS Pillar

1)  Click on Main Menu

2)  Click on Set Up SACR

3)  Click on Security

4)  Click on Secure Student Administration

5)  Click on User ID

6)  Click on Academic Institution Security

ID Number

1)  Enter the Employees ID number

2)  Click on Search

Academic Institution

1)  Enter WA220 for Tacoma Community College

2)  Click Save

Academic Org Security

1)  In the Breadcrumbs click on User ID

2)  Click on Academic Org Security

Acad Org

1)  Enter 220TACOMA for Tacoma Community College

2)  Click Save

Institution/Campus Security

1)  In the Breadcrumbs click User ID

2)  Click Institution/campus Security

Campus Security

1)  Enter the Employees ID number

2)  Click Search

Main Campus

1)  Type in MAIN for the Main Campus

2)  click Save

Institution/Career Security

1)  in the breadcrumbs click on User ID

2)  click on Institution/Career Security   **Note you may have to search for the Employee again**

Academic Career List

1)  Click on the + to get two lines

2)  Enter in CNED for Continueing Education & UGRD for Academic Career

3)  Click Save
