How do I add a new employee in ctcLink?

This guide will walk you through the process of a new employee request that comes into TDX.

HCM

Click on the HCM Pillar

DUP

1)  Navigate to the Distributed User Profiles

2)  Put in the EMPLID number

3)  Click Search

Permissions

1)  The Dropdown needs to be set to SYSADM1

2)  The Process Profile needs to be:  CTC_PT_PRCSPRFL_STAFF

3)  Primary: CTC_PT_WA220_ALL   Row Security:  CTC_PT_WA220_ALL

4)  Click Save

Email

Click on the Edit Email Addresses and check that their email is the TCC email

CS Pillar

1)  navigate to the Distributed User Profiles in the CS Pillar

2)  Put in the employees EMPLID

3)  click Search

Permissions

1)  The Symbolic ID:  SYSADM1

2)  The Process Profile is:  CTC_PT_PRCSPRFL_STAFF

3)  The Primary is: CTC_PT_MASK_ALL  The row Security is:  CTC_PT_MASK_ALL

4)  Click Save
