How to I look at My Work tickets?
This guide will walk you through using "My Work" to keep your tickets organized and not get lost in the main ticket queue.
Click on My Work (One you click on it one time, it will always be in your list at the top)
Click on My Assignments for all of your groups tickets
Selecting a ticket
Click on the ticket you want to open
Take the ticket
1) Click on Actions
2) Click on Add to My Work
Click on My Work
This will show you all of the tickets you have taken to have in your name
You can now see all of the tickets that are yours personally and not just your group tickets.
If you are the only one in a group, you can just leave all of the tickets in My Assignments. However, it might be difficult to look back on tickets you have resolved
Click on My Accomplishments
1) There is a time range at the top to narrow down when the ticket was resolved
2) Then click on a ticket to open it
