How do I remove Spam tickets?

This guide is going to walk you through the process of removing spam tickets in bulk in the TDX system.

Select

Select all of the tickets that are spam by clicking on the check box

Actions

Click on Actions

Click on Update

Status

1)  Click on status and change to Cancelled

2)  Click on Templates

3)  Click on Spam/Junk

Save

Click on Save

This will remove all of the spam tickets with out having to open them all up one at a time
