Example of video that is NOT captioned correctly in YouTube

Auto-generated captions: YouTube uses their speech to text technology to provide a guess as to what was said and auto-generates a sometimes mostly accurate caption for the video. Panopto also does this. This is not enough to meet accessibility standards. The video needs to be professionally captioned. We would need to give the videos to our Multi-Media team, who then sends the video to 3Play for captioning. Here is how you can you can tell if a video on YouTube has auto-generated captions:

1) Click on "CC"

2) If YouTube shows "auto-generated" as the caption settings, then the video is NOT properly captioned.
